“We eat with our eyes”.  I love that saying and it’s something I think about every time I serve a plate of food.  Learn how to make your plates look as beautiful as they taste.  This will be one of the techniques you will learn at our Spring Entertaining Class on Thursday, April 10, 6:00 – 9:00 at the Holy Nativity Community Hall.

I think of springtime as our coming out.  A time to enjoy our gardens – beautiful flowers emerging out of the ground and a time to celebrate.  I am enjoying beautiful ranunculus, orange blossoms, azaleas, freesias, cymbidiums and African daisies in my garden.   It’s really beautiful right now.  So why not invite friends and family over for a celebration brunch or dinner.

At this class, we will plate our dinner with an eye on presentation and taste.  I love to give dinner parties and I sure enjoy the compliments when everything turns out well.  Learn from my years of entertaining guests at all types of parties. I will show you how to make food that looks sensational but is surprisingly easy.  You will come away with a plan that you can execute and win the hearts of your guests.

On the menu for our Spring Entertaining Class:

Patricia K. Rose, of Fresh Food in a Flash and PK’s Parties will lead this hands-on cooking class on Thursday, April 10, 6:00-9:00 at the Holy Nativity Community Hall in Westchester.    Once we complete the cooking, sit down and enjoy a meal you and your new friends made together with a glass of wine.

Class fee $40 when you reserve by April 7, $45 at the door.  To reserve your spot,  email Patricia@FreshFoodinaFlash.com .  Then write a check to “Fresh Food in a Flash”; mail it to Holy Nativity Episcopal Church, Cooking Class,  6700 West  83rd Street, Westchester, CA  90045.
